Our Christmas menu
Visit our beautiful mansion houses at Foxlease, Hampshire, or Waddow Hall, Lancashire, this December for a delightful Christmas meal.

- Two course meal* with arrival drink, coffee & mince pies – £22.50 per person.
- Three course meal with arrival drink, coffee & mince pies – £27.95 per person.
Plus 5% discount for group bookings of more than 10 people.
When is the Christmas menu available?
For large parties, please contact us to book throughout December, subject to availability.
We welcome small groups between the following dates:
1 – 18 December at Waddow Hall
14 – 16 December at Foxlease.
Who can we cater for?
All party sizes welcome and all dietary requirements will be catered for – please let us know when confirming booking and menu choices.
*We’re asking all guests of the same party to choose the same two courses, and not a mixture of both.
Starters
Parsnip honey & sage soup, served with granary bloomer & butter.
Chicken, green peppercorn & pancetta terrine, served with apple & cider chutney, toasted sour dough.
Melon, ginger & mint cocktail, served with lemon sorbet & mango (v/ve).
Main courses
Traditional roast turkey, served with all the festive trimmings.
Lemon butter seabream linguine, served with fresh parsley cream & parmesan.
Slow braised shank of lamb, served with saffron risotto, roast garlic & rosemary.
Homemade butternut squash & lentil wellington, served with roast potatoes, stuffing & vegetable gravy (v/ve).
Desserts
Homemade Christmas pudding, served with brandy sauce.
Chocolate fudge brownie fool.
Vintage cheddar & stilton cheeseboard, biscuits & homemade chutney (v).
A weekend break
Why not extend your visit? We offer comfy hotel style accommodation and tasty breakfasts made from fresh, local produce, starting from just £30 per person.

- 2 – 4 December 2022 – A Traditional Christmas, Foxlease. A weekend to step back in time and experience a traditional Christmas. Includes full catering, entertainment and a walking excursion to Lyndhurst.
- 3 – 4 December 2022 – Waddow Hall’s very own Christmas market. More info to follow soon! Get into the Christmas spirit with festive treats, activities, crafts and stalls.
- 10 December 2022 – Christmas at Blackland Farm. Carols and festive fun around the campfire.
- 16 – 18 December 2022 – A Country House Christmas, Waddow Hall. Enjoy a cosy, relaxing weekend at Waddow Hall. Includes full catering, entertainment and a coach tour to York Christmas market.
