Shop
Our onsite shop sells a variety of Girlguiding uniform, resources, badges, and souvenirs. The shop opening hours are Monday to Saturday 9am – 5pm. We can open the shop at alternative times during your stay by prior arrangement.
Member’s Area
The member’s area is available during our opening hours, Monday to Saturday 9am – 5pm, this is a non-bookable space and is used on a first come first served basis. The team will advise on arrival if there is space.
Refreshments and toilet facilities are available to use.
There are recycling bins for paper, plastic and cans, a food waste bin and general rubbish bins in the members area.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the building, we do have a designated smoking area. If required, please ask for this on check-in.
First Aid
During your visit you will be primarily responsible for the first aid of your group. Should the incident be more serious, we will support in whatever way we are able to, but you must contact the emergency services before notifying the duty staff member. If you do need to contact the emergency services on either 999 or 112, your location is ICANDO, 17-19 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0PT.

Office hours
There will be a member of staff on reception between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Saturday. You are welcome to check into your accommodation from 6pm on arrival day and check out times are 9.30am. On arrival, please come to the main entrance, where we will check you in. For emergencies and arrivals out of office hours, please contact the Duty Mobile on 07904 302484.
Luggage Store
We can store luggage for groups who have booked overnight stays with us.
