You can’t visit Glenbrook without noticing Derwent – our popular, quirky, tent-shaped building.
Derwent is ideal for large groups and can accommodate 33 people for self-catering breaks. Derwent also has a wheelchair accessible bedroom on the ground floor, as well as a wet room. For more information, please see our accessibility section further down the page.
On the ground floor we have one x 3 bed and one x 2 bed room with solid doors, plus seven x 4 bed rooms with curtains as doors. There is a wet room plus four showers and six toilets.
Upstairs is a large activity room, with tables and chairs and a few comfy seats. This can be set up in a variety of different formats, whether you’re looking to run a theatre style meeting or simply want to eat breakfast together. The kitchen is equipped to cater for 100 people with a dishwasher and industrial cooker.
All of our residential buildings have WiFi.
