Learn the basic footwork and etiquette of this fast and fun sport. Use fencing foils in one to one duels with your friends. Plastic foils are available for younger participants; these are safer and less intimidating, but use the same skills of precision and speed!

Fencing sessions are run by our qualified activity instructors – they’ll keep you safe and adapt the session to suit the group, doing their best to help everyone enjoy the challenge. No experience is necessary as our instructors will teach you everything you need to know.

Rain and bad weather won’t stop play – you might get muddy so don’t wear anything you’d mind getting dirty. If there is rain forecast, you might want to bring a change of clothes. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes, with shorts or trousers, and closed-toe shoes.
